Why digitization was necessary
The ÖSW previously worked with a highly customized software solution that was hardly developed any further. Manual processes, a lack of transparency and isolated data silos made day-to-day work in the administration, accounting and HR departments more difficult.
The aim was to use a modern solution to unite all business areas, automate processes and significantly improve the quality of information for strategic decisions.
Our solution: SAP S/4HANA & HCM, especially for the real estate industry
Axians assisted ÖSW with the complete conversion to an integrated SAP solution, including consulting, implementation and technical operation. A conscious decision was made to use preconfigured industry templates and Austrian project expertise.

- Digital management of financing & loans
- Central accounting for 15 companies

- Implementation of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)
- Digital payroll accounting & time management for >600 employees
- Introduction of self-services for employees
3. IT operations & support
- SAP operation in the Austrian high-security data center
- Support in day-to-day business by Austrian SAP consultants
- Knowledge platform with integrated help texts (SAP Enable Now)
