With the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, Frutura created an integrated real-time system for all business processes: from packaging and emergency power supply to the control of exotic ripening chambers. With Ariba, Frutura is taking the next big step: a fully digitalized, end-to-end procurement process: from supplier selection and contract management to digital invoicing. The solutions create transparency, control and automation along the entire supplier lifecycle.

Together with Axians, Frutura defined over 40 business rules in the SAP Business Network, for example: No invoice without goods receipt. This reduces errors, minimizes risks and strengthens collaboration with over 1,000 suppliers – from organic farms to international wholesalers:
