Axians Sanction List Control is one solution seeing particularly strong demand right now, with more than 20 companies having rolled it out since 2024. This solution automatically screens business partners and transactions against public sanctions lists to ensure compliance with national, international and EU sanctions regulations. Seamless integration with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA enables real-time validations and bulk checks without the need for external services. 

“Manual sanctions list screening is time-consuming, error-prone, and often fails to provide sufficient audit reliability,” says Jens Beier. “Our scanner significantly reduces the risk of penalties and legal consequences arising from trade with sanctioned entities, while at the same time, automated logging ensures a complete and unbroken audit trail.” 

Another compliance tool is A-Tax: a VAT ID validation solution for business partners and transaction documents, which ensures adherence to EU, Austrian, and German tax regulations for intra-community supplies. This add-on reduces the risk of incorrect tax postings and eases the burden on staff by integrating seamlessly into existing customer workflows.
