After that comes the setup of the system’s initial configuration according to SAP’s best practices. The third step is the gap analysis. This is essentially a comparison of what best practices offer and what the user needs and wants. Once everything is in place, iterative testing begins, which the user conducts with the help of a testing script. By incorporating feedback and after a few more iterations (SAP recommends no more than three), the final configuration is reached \u2013 the system settings that best suit the user’s business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SuccessFactors is fully compatible with all other SAP solutions, and this compatibility is achieved through the special SAP Integration Suite.
